Mid game is the second of three stages that are used unofficially to describe the natural flow of a game of Netrunner.

Mid game is often characterized by the following:
- The corp has an advantage over the runner.
- The runner has a difficulty accessing servers efficiently.
- The corp has an opportunity to score their agendas and/or progress their winning conditions.
- The runner must build their rig and gain credits.
The game shifts into late game when the runner has their full rig installed.
